I have tried rubbing alcohol and magic eraser and nothing has worked for me. My marks are on walls and refrigerator and I can't get them out at all. Does someone have any other suggestions? I figure I will have to sand and paint the wall, but I can't figure out what to do about the refrigerator!

You can start by trying isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. You may need a brush for the jeans, and a way to rinse it soon after applying the alcohol. (also stay away from open flames, especially if you use the 90 to 100% isopropyl variety)
If that doesn't work acetone (nail polish remover) may work, but it may also remove the paint, so try it on a hidden spot first.

as for the jeans, tape a $50 doll are bill over the spot, hand the garment to any sales Clark at the store she bought them, the stain will go away, as for the walls, if u have the matching paint, apply a coat of kilz, [stainblocker] then paint,if no paint then go in the closet cut a 1''x1'' sample of the sheet rock, match the color, then follow example #1, plus get a small patch kit for the closet

There are products like Goof-Off or Goo-lengthy gone or different strong solvents which will get rid of everlasting marker off the wall. flow to a ironmongery shop cleansing section or paint section for a sensible determination of things. you may also ask someone interior the shop for help.
