I do not know if you even know what country you are talking about. Saudi Arabia is a Kingdom, but while you are talking about Sheiks I feel free to answer. I live close to the border of KSA and we have a Sheik.

By the way a "Sheik" is not automatically a rich man.
A Sheik can be a religious official,
a leader of an Arab family or village or the term can be used as a form of address for such an official or leader.

Please let me know if your country contributed the same amount in within 2 months to fight poverty. I doubt it and I never was complaining about your country either because I even do not know where you are from.

HIROHITO is correct.. When King Abdullah became king, they gave everyone a cost of living increase on salaries.. It really didnt seem to help cause everything trickle down went up too.. You didnt notice your salary increase when you went out to eat and everything went up a few bucks, all groceries, goods, rent, utilities, everything was effected.. so it didnt matter...
Also right, you just cant feed a whole neighborhood..
and some of these beggars make their living begging. they dont want to work a legit job.. they make more money begging than they ever would working.. I know first hand.. when a begger women came to my house and rang my bell.. I told her at the time I didnt have spare change, but would allow her to help me clean some for a meal... She said, she doesnt do housework, she only wants money.. Well I said a few choice words about "God helps those that help themselves" and slammed the door..
