At what point when you drop some money do you not pick it up. I frequently see people dropping change and not bothering to pick it up.
What amount of US legal tender would Obama drop and not bother himself with picking it up.

Bama gave 4 billion to ACORN. He probably felt that it was pocket change and not worth picking up.

Obama and other figureheads would not pick it up; these are the crumbs for devotees. The social circles simply assign their cat's paws to extort more from their own populations, or instigate some Junker Perpetual War, or some Trotsky Perpetual Revolution, or come up with some ideology proclaiming some group or another to be enemies who forfeit their property to the state, etc. etc. etc. All with the help of those crumb-seeking devotees, of course
