What happens to the water, when food is dehydrated?
I've seen dehydrators on amazon.com that are designed for dehydrating food. They don't specify what happens to the water that's extracted. Can you tell me?
Ok, but can it be caught and harvested?

It evaporates, like everyone else said. You could conceivably capture it and condense it, but it would be an expensive and slow way to get the same water you can get from your tap.
Basically, you'd set up a collection funnel and condensing coil that would look like those you see in cartoon stills.
