There is a lady I work with, whom I have never talked to besides the occasional "thank you" for door holding... Well, she has THE best fem-mullett that I have ever seen in real life!! Even the color is perfect!! And she has the coordinating white trash clothing to accompany the hair do.
My question is:
Is it rude for me to tell her that I love her costume? Or should I be "that guy" that finally steps up and tells her that it is not 1984 anymore??

Absolutely not, dude! A lady who works for my company has a NASTY mullet (in a good way, of course) and she rocks it amazingly well.
Last weekend i was at a bar and there was a 50 year old guy there with the sweetest mullet ever....I kept asking him where he got such a narly hairdo and his response was, "i did it myself. you wish you could rock hair like mine!!!!"

Tell her you like the hair but probably you should leave out the white trash costume part. She might be able to take you in a fight, gal with a mullett...who knows?
