Which sitcom reflects true American lifestyle?

Please don't pick "Friends", because no one can afford to live in NYC with their income (struggling actor, start-up chef, coffee shop waitress, musician..) . So, pick your best sitcom and please tell everyone the reason.

Malcom in the Middle!

I think they are an average family with ups and downs. I just feel I can relate to the show!

For me it's "According to Jim" because it reflects my own lifestyle. Close family, family in and out of the house constantly, family is familiar with each other's problems/issues. Family is very loving, open, and honest. They live in a nice home but not a fancy one, and both man and wife work in some way, they have their differences but they always resolve them through honesty and communication. Love the show!!!

Good question!!

I think today it must be "How I Met Your Mother" I went to America for a holiday 2 years ago and alot of the people I met and saw remind me of how the peoples lives are on that show.

Damn, someone beat me to Roseanne. Well, aside from that, I'd say...Good Times. Lmao! It's still people living like that...5 people in a 2 bedroom apartment.
