me and my wife took our 2 year old to watch the movie Wall E about a month ago in theaters since then she loved the movie and cannot stop talkin like Wall E and Eve from the movie so now im on a mission to get ahold of that movie on dvd and imean the original and no bootleg my kid deserves the best...but does anyone know of when the movie on dvd release will be or cani get an estimated guess please this wouldmake my 2 year old duaghter and my wife happy campers

WALL-E will be released on DVD/Blu-ray likely sometime in early November. Wikipedia says November 4, but that could change.

Pixar has been pretty consumer friendly of late and getting their hits out as soon as possible, usually around 3 months after movie engagements end and premium cable releases. Certainly by Christmas, but could be before as they'll want to push the lucrative toy income early for Christmas and owning the dvd is the best advertising of all.

anyways it depends on how well the movie is doing in theaters and how long it would take 2 get on 2 a disk. my guess is about....3-5 months so maybe September or October i don't think any earlier and if any later probably December actually I'm pretty sure u will b able 2 get it 4 a Christmas present!

Well, because it was a mid summer theater release... my guess would be that as with all disney movies with summer releases it will be in stores around Christmas. Check now on the disney web page because if you pre-order it through them, you usally get a lithograph with it. There is a new disney cartoon out in November as well... so chances are they will be selling one while pushing the other. Good luck.

Well I know that it comes out to theatre in Japan on the 20th of December. Usually the DVDs are out in America when it comes to Japan theatre. I'm guessing around Christmas. It did a good job in the theatre so it may even take longer.
