Please please help with Microsoft Word :'(?

Using Microsoft Word I was able to make my friends invitation.
This was 2 years ago though and now my sister wants me to make her an invitation but i forgot how :-(
I remember how to paste the picture but I don't remember how to type on top of the picture (as you see in the link posted)
Can you please tell me how I can do what I did before?
