Quick Poll on Pinot Noir?
It seems this many years after Sideways, Pinot is still very popular. So all of you closet burgundians, Wild Hog and Stoller seem to be PN's you either love or hate. I have both. I am grilling pork (which have been salted lightly for two days [that's another tip from the Northwest cooking elite], herbed Risotto (Rosemary, sage and thyme) and sliced Cherokee Purple tomato and olive focaccia crouton salad. Which one would you serve tonite?
You are right Rose's do go with pork. This is not grocery store pork and is well marbled. Spare me what goes with what. If anything I should be using an Italian wine such as brunello.
