I am from NY and I am looking for an MBA school out of state. I am looking for a decent school that is decently priced below $20,000 (out-of-state tuition) and with a GMAT score requirement between 600-640. My main concentration will be Finance. If you have any suggestions of some schools, please post some and I'll give best answer.

The best resource is the Official MBA Guide, select any geographic region, input your tuition requirement, and if any schools meet your criteria you will get a ranked list. Then examine each school's data and you can even use the service to send a pre-application.
If your GMAT score is in the range you indicate, don't limit yourself by the tuition. Many schools offer financial aid to get students with that score.
