I like Sarah Palin also. Although I am the first McCain voter that will probably admit that I was a little frightened at the possibilty of her becoming President if Mac died or was disabled soon after they took office. She is bright, energetic and has a great gift for getting her point across when she understands her subject. She has not been involved in national politics or foreign affairs so she hasn't bothered to keep up on everything. She is plenty busy as Governor of Alaska. I saw an interview (actually 3 interviews) with her over the past few days, and when she started talking about Alaska's laws, Constitution, industries, jobs etc. she was amazing. She knows Alaska. Now, she needs to learn about the rest of the world...and when she does....and that will be her choice, I think we could well be looking at a very likely candidate in 2012...especially if Obama bombs....
If not, then maybe 8 years from now. Either way, I don't think she is out of the picture totally.
Palin is not knowledgeable nor does she possess sound judgment to hold any elected office much less VP or President. She has been characterized as Cheney in a dress, and those who oppose her relish the idea that she would be the new face of the GOP. Bring on the fear tactics and hate speech which was a main factor in McCain's loss.
I think she needs to take a few remedial World Geography and World History classes before she before she becomes the "new face of the Republican party", or (heaven help us) run for president.
an easy, naive, uneducated soul who's seen an absolute clown and discern of relaxing by skill of the British media. the seen her being in place of work is easily terrifying.
