I am almost finished with my undergraduate (Finance and International Business) at a university in New York and am planning on getting my MBA in California. After I receive my MBA I want to work in the United States for a few years (to get experience) and then move to Thailand to work (half-Thai so I can speak both Thai and English fluently). I was wondering, when finding a job after getting my MBA, what companies should I be looking at that give opportunities for people to work in Thailand.

If you hold a Thai passport then it will be no problem, almost all companies in Thailand are looking for people who have degrees, and if its from an overseas institution its a big plus. Look for major corporations, like IBM and HP ect.
There are a lot of international companies looking for fresh graduates that are Thai and can speak English fluently. Be sure to check JobsDB.com where you should have no problem finding a job.
A lot depends on your passport(s). If you hold only an US passport, pretty difficult. All kinds of restrictions apply to prevent foreigners getting a job in Thailand. Even so, the fact you are fluent in English and Thai will be attractive for Thai companies.
If you also hold Thai nationality, the above restrictions do not apply and you can - I think - easily find a job.
BUT .......... in Thailand Thais get paid Thai wages. Not Wall Street salaries. Consider a salary of Bt. 40.000 pretty good, 60.000 very good and anything above unattainable unless you have really special talents.
