I Wear Addy Armor and Addy Scimmy and Strength Ammy
Right now,i made it to Crandor. I fought the Dragon and almost won.she only had 4HP.I took my Body,Water and Earth runes to Crandor.I took Swordfish and lobsters.I Died.Alll i needed was a Strength Potion
Oh, and i obtained a Anti-fire shield from Duke Horacio

I did it without 37 prayer. You are ready I believe, In fact, my stats were very similar to yours when I did it. However, It may be a Smart idea to get your attack to 40 and get a rune weapon, that will help so much.
Be sure to load your inventory with the best food.
Non-members:
-Lobsters
-Swordfish (Better/Costs more)
Members:
-Monkfish
-Shark (Best, Very Expensive)
Don't forget to get some potions as well. Buy a defense potion, strength potion, and attack potion. If you are non-members then you can only get the strength potion.
Guzzle up the potion(s) right before you enter the room where you fight the dragon. And remember, food is what you need.
The way I fought it was I hit the dragon with melee, ran behind a rock and used mage, then repeated. However none of my mage attacks did any damage so you may be better off just straight out slaughtering it with your melee weapon.
IMPORTANT: Anti-Dragon Shield is a MUST! Do not forget to wear it, I have seen the dragon hit up to a 40 on some unfortunate victims who forgot to wear the shield. It must be worn if you value the items you carry in there.

bring swordfish they heal more, a rune weapon helps, anti-fire shield
bring teleport runes to escape when the need arises raise your strength and attack and def a little then maybe your set.
and one question from myself if you got on the boat to crandor and the ship sinks right? then you died fighting Elvarg will the ship still be there or you need to buy and repair another?

i suggest you get your prayer to 37 so u can protect from melee to and get your att def and str to 40 at least and a dragon fire shield then you will be ready to face the dragon i suggest you get at least 3/5 rune weapons my suggestions would be rune shield,sword and plate armor so you can get hit less and your defense would be higher

and also what armor do you have?
were full of what ever you have you can start it, and might be able to finsh it, but id wait till you could wear rune, thats what im doing
if you do wait till you can wear rune buy a set and a chainmale( you cant wear the bodyplate till you finshes the quest)

Level 3's have done it with a ring of recoil. Just bring lots of swordfish/lobsters and you could do it.
