Sadly the very first Yahoo! Answers user's account has been deactivated so you shall have to settle for 'sloppy seconds'.

The second user on Yahoo! Answers was a staff account under the name of Ofer who worked on designing the very first Yahoo! Answers layout.

The first non-staff member to create an account was user Tata927 on the 29th June 2005 during the testing stages of Yahoo! Answers.

While I'm here I'll also show the first (remaining) question posted by user Tim, again a member of the Yahoo! Answers staff testing team who asked the question:

What is a good Korean BBQ restaurant in the Bay Area?

The question was posted almost four years ago and is the third oldest question left on Yahoo! Answers after the first two were removed.

Now how did I find these records ?

Well for one I have had them saved in a word document for over a year (after all I have been using Yahoo! Answers for a long time) however looking at the URLS of these profiles and questions, the reference number (i.e. qid=1005070500003) is the indicator here. The first question started with 1005070500001, and profile pages use a similar reference system.

You would need to ask a moderator, and they would have to look up question #1 through 10, and see what ones are test questions (to get the bugs out) and what is the first user asked question.

Actually if this is question # 20,090,119,222,916 you can just change that number to 1 and see what comes up!

Good Luck !

Wow that would be awesome to know. I think it's impossible to find out since YA doesn't have a proper "date" iirc. You know like a question may be asked "2 years and 34 days ago and 23 mins" but YA will just say 2 years ago.

I'm 45, but I guess not the oldest.
