What do you think of Eureka Springs, Arkansas?

I am considering moving to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. What do you think of the area? What are the pros and cons in your opinion? Any feedback is welcome!

I've traveled through those parts of Arkansas, but I would recommend moving a little farther west to Rogers, Fayetteville, or Springdale area. Not much to see in Eureka Springs area but a lot of scenery. We went to some underground tavern/cave place while we were there... Fayetteville area is GORGEOUS =)
