there is one very small bump ( about the size of a pin dot) and is red and shinny and it doesnt burn when i pee. There is a slight odor Its not sensitive and itchy all the time. The part that itches is long and skinny (almost the length of my pinki) and is red. It almost looks like a scar. What could this be? Is it possiable it is an STD even though its not on my actual vagina?

I reckon its a cyst or ingrown, i had a cyst which was caused from an ingrown hair, was there for at least 5months, the doc said they grow out, so just leave it if its not bothering you too much, or go docs

It's a yeast infection. STD's can occur in and around that area of the body based on the intercourse you had. If you didn't have intercourse with someone, you could have gotten by using a public bathroom somewhere (crabs).

it could just be an ingrown hair or an external yeast infection. you can put an anti-fungal on it, but I would go see your "girly" doctor about it
