The e-mail was NOT from Yahoo!. According to their Account Security help page found at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/security/phishing/phishing-110141.html , no Yahoo! employee will ever ask you for your password or personal information in an unsolicited phone call or email message.

   It's a scam.
