Should I get my Mom something for Mother's Day. I'm clueless?

Question

We have lots of animosity and never get along
but I've been wanting to get her a green betta fish (tropical) but now that she remodeled the kitchen, there's nowhere to put a 5 gallon or even a 2 gallon tank.

So...flowers/card and candy? 
If yes, what should I get of each type cause I'm 19 and have never bought flowers. Well I bought real green glittery flowers when she was in the hospital giving birth to my bro, but this is Mother's day. Plus my dad paid for the flowers before.

The card I'm getting is a pop-out, it opens to reveal a glittery flower garden. 

I think I'll buy it all on Friday...hide it in my room, and leave it in the kitchen table Saturday morning before I go to work and have my brothers sign their names on the card. Should it have a vase?

Also, I was thinking about leaving $100 dollars in the envelope that holds the pop-out card. I know mother's day is Sunday, but....well, early never hurts anyone.

Any advice on what flowers to get? How much does it cost? I'm a college student so i can't really spend TOO much.

Ok, if i were you i would buy some colorful flowers that smell really nice, the pop out card that you were talking about, and a Feminine lotion/bath gift basket.  Also, if your mom hinted about a gift, i would try to get her that too.

umm... i like your idea.. i just wouldnt do it with a card, unless if she is 10, a die heart fan of hanna montana..then give her those eerie pop out cards.. sure will make her day. :)

if you really want it to be warm and nice and from y-o-u.. then make her a card! even if it has to be made on a posted note.. and no matter how hiddious it is.. its from her daughter who wanted to put a special touch...

mommies love that.. my mom had awful drawings that are more like scribbles of mine on the fridge door wayyy back when i was 4... just because i did them.. now when i paste my graphic designs.. i dont find them the next day!!


get her a watch.. something along the lines of fossil, they have free next day shippment and its not like getting a movado, but its trendy and she will always wear it and remember you... 
 i wish fossil would be paying me commision for this..:)
