The auto industry was asking for a bailout when GW Bush was still President...now, it's in a bakruptcy reorganization...fixes don't happen over night and we all know how important Detroit is to the GOP; hence, their desire to save it (not!)...that's why GW left this mess to Obama as well...

Presidents are not elected they are appointed. They are groomed and educated by the people who put them in office. They are puppets and are given instructions on what to do and they follow them to a TEE. The world is not as it seems everything does happen for a reason and most things are planed before they happen.
We live in a world where we think things just happen. Well guess what they are manufactured in think tanks then the orders are given to the puppets (government official who where backed by their masters) who then engage in these scenarios that result in DEATH, EXTORTION, and loss or rights & freedoms.
