the car is heavily oxidized,
sat outside in the new england weather for 8 years.

he used meguiars but they dont have the certain kind anymore.

with the rust on the car
only option is repainting

sure. you can make it better
but will still have rust.
and to make it look better, itll take a lot of work to get all the oxidation off

i would do tw rubbing, the regular stuff, not the premium grade stuff-apply with terry cloth
than follow that with meguiars UC

Sand it down, put on primer (with rust stop), put on new coat of paint (several coats actually), put on a few clear coats, good as new *thumbs up*

The turtle wax stuff is not going to get you anywhere. sorry to disappoint you!

You might just need to sand down the car and repaint it.

Use any wax with cleaner, like "car-nu" type wax.

you want something to get the dead paint off ? get some ( color back ) i think auto zone or advance sells it.
