Sometimes they make updates and change things to make Yahoo! better and it messes things up for a while. It's so annoying but I don't get that mad because at least they normally post a warning saying it will be weird at times.

YA sometimes goes down for routine maintenance, as do many other popular sites. They usually go down at night, when there are less people online.
