okay so i want to live with my dad, i'm 14, and my dad said it was okay but my mom said no. what do i do?
she does have full custody. i live with her all week and see him on the weekends.
so i just say dad, will u sue for custody?????

well that's not right she cant keep you from him so get him to sue for custody or just get him to come and get you because unless she has full custody of you, then she cant do anything about it.

okay then when you go stay with him for the weekend dont go back to your mom. Stay there with him and dont let her get to you but shell probably sue him. So definetly have him sue for custody.

You might want to find out why she doesn't want you to live with your Dad, I know that it can seem like a good idea to you to just leave your
current situation but maybe your Mom is just looking out for you and your best interests. I would definitely talk to your Mom more about this and if you really feel that strongly it sounds like your Mom and Dad need to also talk about it and have everyone involved it should not just be one person's decision and not to be rude but you are a little bit too young to decide what is best for you. Maybe just staying with your Mom is the best since a judge already decided that she has full custody there might be a reason for that. At worst you only have a few more years to stick it out and then you can do what you want. Good luck.
