You made no attempt to answer the question that was being asked by another user. There must always-and I emphasize must be an attempt to answer questions here. You failed to do so in this case.
Customer Care already made that clear in the false appeal you filed on the fair and credible violation in question. And that's 12-point penalty for the violation. Let me break it down for you like this: -10 for the Community Guidelines infraction -2 for the offending answer you posted.
In addition, you lost an additional 10 points challenging the violation.
Go here to read more what the Answers Team had to say about the very violation you incurred: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers/abuse/guidelines-04.html;_ylt=AkgRmv62hWBohJjp9KUdWA5ujSN4

If your answer was-"try a new question this one makes no sense" it must have been reported as not an answer to the question asked. Even if a question makes no sense at all you can't say that, there must be an attempt made to answer the question.
One of your questions was deleted you appealed it and you lost, so that is where the points went. You lose 10 points when you appeal a violation notice, hope my answer was helpful?
its a really dumb --- reason, because u need to tell the people things like that sometimes! this site can be idiotic at times. but their reasoning is, is that u didnt give the person an answer to their question that answered their question.
