Has anyone actually used one of the I.R.S. services advertised on TV & if so, were they really any help?
I need help with the I.R.S. and cannot afford an expensive tax attorney.

They are IRS Representatives. Those guys charge like $1500-2500 up front and one third of what they save. Sometimes big mistakes can take only a letter to solve, sometimes it will take hours to solve a problem. I recommend using a Tax Attorney, Enrolled Agent or CPA instead.
