Ok the President has fooled America. He is odiously a socialist and wants government to control our lives. If this is so, why is a able to remain in office. We go to war with communist and hold mass weapons of destruction on the communist threat. Why is our president allowed to be one?

People who don't think we are more and more socialist are deluding themselves. Socialism is defined as the percentage of government expenditures per GDP.
That percentage as increased in the U.S. from 35.5% in 2007 to 44.7% in 2009. We're right behind Germany and Spain. Almost half of our GDP is spent by the government. That's before Obama wants to takeover 1/7 of our economy for healthcare. Clue in people before it's too late to take it back.

Obama never "fooled" anyone who listened: O'Reilly, Hannity, and the whole Fox News channel were [and still are!] vilified when He didn't wear a flag pin-then He did, His association with Wright and Ayers-then He broke it off, His past as a community organizer who taught Alinsky Method, et al right up to Obama's own statement: America must "share the wealth" and the smear of Wurzelbacher. Too many people, the "give Him a chance" crowd, are uber-partisan to the belief that the Democratic Party of old still exists and refuse to see the truth [remember when the only difference between them and the Republicans were basically abortion and national defense?], some who actually want an American version of European socialism (Social Democrats, Reformist, & Progressives), some who are too ignorant to know the difference ["Any revolutionary change must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward change among the mass of our people."-Saul Alinsky], or some people who simply do not care about politics either way until it immediately affects there lives such as in high gas or food prices. The ultimate result is todays tearing down of our intelligence community under the false banner of "openness", forgetting the harsh lessons of the past, and criminalizing the CIA agents over the terrorists. I thought after September 11th, "We will never forget!" or was that just a snappy slogan fallen by the wayside like the proud display of the American flag from every porch step?

Communism is so much different than any of the policies Obama backs. You're just plain wrong on that point. Socialist, sure. But socialism isn't illegal in the United States. neither is Communism.
Americans need to put life into perspective. Even the Democratic Party (even Obama) is considered centre-right in Europe. In other words, not even close to Communist which is far left.

Many of our fellow citizens (not me) voted for Obama. What you see is what you get. I don't believe that he ever had the necessary qualifications to be a good president. But we're stuck with him until people wise up during next presidential election. Sadly, Obama has still three more years to screw things up. Despite his ineptness he cannot be impeached because he is black. So for the next three years he has got it made.
