Ok, so for the senior project, all I've been told to do is "anything" so i'm not too sure what exactly I have to do, all I know is that it has to be worthwhile. I wanna major is psychology so I would prefer to do something with that.

my hobbies are mainly hanging out, playing my xbox, and playing my guitar

Unless you intend to make guitars for a living when you graduate, then making a guitar for a senior project wouldn't be the best idea. Why don't you combine all of your academic pursuits and do a project concerning those things?
Like you could interview disabled vets at the VA hospital (or at a Veterans of Foreign Wars post) about adjusting to civilian life. You could do a short questionnaire and have them fill it out or ask them the questions like an interview. If you tell them it is for your senior project, I'd bet they'd be glad to give you a couple of minutes of their time.
A really interesting approach would be to contrast the answers of the vets from the different wars, like Korea, Viet Nam, Desert Storm, and the Irag/Afghanistan war. Are there differences in the responses or are they the same. That kind of thing. Good luck!! ; )
