truck maintenance what to do once I hit 230K miles?

if I have 230,000 miles on my nissan frontier truck, what would be a comprehensive maintenance that I need to do. Have never done anything to it and still runs great but I know I have to start replacing thing to make sure it keeps going

Get new plugs-wires-dist.cap and ALL filters. Change oil&filterASAP Run a can of beerymans throttle body cleaner through it. If engine is dirty give it a bath with gunk engine brite,Lastly, flush cooling system.
