I agree. I don't think this should be revisited. Now they are trying to pull yet another procedural trick out of the hat, "self-executing rule" or a "deem and pass". I keep hearing arguments that the republicans have used both these in previous years, but the main difference is it was never on a piece of legislation this big and usually on just very basic budget legislation. Your update from congress is very interesting, I hope this is really the case and even if they are able to pass it, it would be deemed unconstitutional. It just amazes me how delusional these guys really are. I mean, if you can't even get this thing passed using trickery and dirty tactics, you would think they would awaken to the reality that the American people do not want this piece of legislation!!...Show more
