How do I break myself of my sleep schedule?
I've been working midnights (12-4am) Monday-Friday for the last 2 years. I'm about to quit my job because I'm all done school, but my sleep schedule is all screwed up. On the weekends I can't go to bed until after 4am and I don't wake up until almost noon. What's the best way to get back to a normal sleep schedule? Should I just pull several all nighters or something?
