Need to Grout a Large Floor Area - What's the easiest & Best way to do that?

Just finished Tiling a Large basement area approx.20' x 30' & now it's time to Grout it all, is there an easy way to grout such a large area? or do I have to get down on hands and knees with the rubber squeegie thing. And also, what's the best way to apply the Sealer. Help

As far as the sealer goes wait 48 hours.
Are you sealing just the grout or the grout and tiles?
