Can anyone help me with my hearing aid problems? (please read if you have heard of, or used ApliEar)?

Well I am partially deaf in both ears, and i have 2 hearing aids, one for each ear. I used to keep them in a case so they wouldn't fall out of my pocket or anything but then one day i fell and smashed it (it saved me from scraping up my knee) and so when i got home that day i asked my dad for a new one, but it cost 10$.... he complained that it cost to much since hes out of the job and going back to college and were living on one income.

So today i put them in my pocket so that i could listen to music. One fell out at some point this morning and its gone. Now instead of being out 10$ for a stupid case, im out over 700$ for a frigging hearing aid.

So NOW i gotta get a job and buy a new one myself. I was looking at this thing called Apli-Ear, but i don't know if it would work well or not because its only $58.65 for 2. But it claims that they can sell it cheaper because they make it themselves, and to me it looks promising but I'm an amateur. so what do you guys think?

I doubt they are reliable, or what you need. They may not be suitable for your hearing loss, and may be of poor quality. Also, they may be analog instead of digital (what did you have before?) and hearing aids need to be set according to your needs and your audiogram. Also, it looks like a CIC or ITE aid - was that what you had before?

Any chance of finding your hearing aid? Check where you were? Lost and found? Retrace your steps?

You could try asking your audiologist and see what they think, as they would have a better idea. The other option if you use a BTE, is to see if you can find a reliable seller on Ebay and find a hearing aid that would be compatible with your hearing loss.

Personally, that would not hassle me. Maybe in my 20's it could have however I've grown plenty & everybody's received a few kind of venture, whether or not it's whatever at the floor or now not. I simply watched a exhibit on men and women with Tourette's Syndrome. Now THAT could be a venture. Or predominant OCD or whatever could be difficult to manage. A listening to trouble is not that massive of a deal. At least to not me. When you're keen on anyone, you take delivery of them the best way they're. You're worried considering that you put on your trouble at the external. Totally comprehensible however there are females available in the market that don't seem to be as judgmental as a few others.

These are usually for people who do not need to wear them much, plus they cost quite a bit because you have to pay for the batteries for them and they are about £4 and that can add up over time.
I would go and see you ENT clinic ans see what they think about it.
