Do illegals have the same rights as legal citizens?
Like do they have the right to free speech etc... Are there a different set of rights for non citizens?

They have all the same rights as legal non-citizens, except that they don't have a legal right to remain in the country. They don't have any of the rights that are actually dependent on citizenship, like voting.
Rights like free speech, a fair trial, freedom from cruel and unusual punishment, et cetera, apply to everyone.

They have the same constitutional rights. But there are some legal disabilities, such as not being able to engage in lawful employment or receive public assistance.
