Why do liberals bash christians who oppose homosexuality, but not the muslims who do?

This has always bothered me. The liberals can't ever seem to get enough of bashing and criticizing "right-wing christians fundamentalists" because of their strong beliefs about abortion and homosexuality.
Some of the things I've read from the leftists just seethe with hate, but I haven't read ONE paragraph of leftists doing the same to muslims, who hold the same beliefs.

And to make it worse, MUSLIMS STILL practice the imprisonment, torture and killing of gays.

How does this make sense, can a liberal explain this to me?

If you say that then I will take your word,(you alway find an exception when you generalize, me included) but my point still stands...there are mountains of evidence from liberals who denounce christians because of their stance on these things...can you show me mountains of evidence from liberals against muslims for the same?

I'm not a liberal, but I think I can give some input on this topic. Since it's mainly people of the Christian religion against homosexuality out in the open, they focus their attention on them, I don't recall Muslims doing any of this in the U.S.
When you have people like from that one church, I think Westburo Church, not sure making a fuss, people will forget about the rest and focus on the person making the biggest noise.

It is true, that Muslims have a more negative attitude than Christians who oppose homosexuality.

I'm sure the more rational ones are aware of Islam's attitude toward gays. I think atheist Liberals would be aware of this.

EDIT: I'm not implying all Christians are against gays.

I don't like either not just because of the views on gays but their views on the women's rights and clearly Muslims are worse. However what Muslims think about such things does not effect me because I live in the US, and there is little I can do about what happens in other countries. It is like saying why do Conservative spend so much time bashing Obama for his policies which they think are socialist and rarely take time to condemn Castro who is a real communist.

Because Muslims aren't busy trying to get their beliefs made legal in the United States so that their beliefs must be followed by all Americans, or be punished. If right-wing Christian fundamentalists didn't spend so much time trying to insert their beliefs into the government and make their beliefs law of the land nobody would be fighting against their efforts.

Well the fact that Muslims torture and kill gays just for being gay kind of says it all. Think of what they would do to someone who actually spoke out against them. Liberals are cowards. They criticizes Christians because they know Christians won't try to murder you in you bed for not believing what you do. That actually happened. A man had a Muslim wife for three years and woke up one morning and she had a knife to his throat.
