does anyone make a skin for the interior of a laptop?

I'm looking for a skin for the interior of my laptop because it's starting to show some wear and tear. Not a keyboard skin (I want to cover the area around the keyboard). Does anyone know if anyone makes these? so far I've only found skins for the outside of the laptop.

Sorry Morriss but I have never even heard of one but if you find any I'm sure the fine people here would appreciate knowing. I myself have a well worn Acer that could use an upgrade around the keyboard as well.
