female to male transition, how do they get the penis?
alright, when a female is transitioning into a male, and she gets bottom surgery, what do they use to make the penis? I'm not trolling here...I'm honestly just really curious as to how it works. Do they get hard? I am pretty sure they can still get orgasms and all that...but what is the penis made out of? I've heard it's made out of the inner skin from the thighs or something....let me know if you know!

Testosterone therapies cause the clitoris on the female to develop and grow into a penis-type organ. It can get erect yes because the clitoris naturally contains erectile tissue. It won't naturally usually reach the normal size of a natural penis but it is sufficient for intercourse. Additional bottom surgery is performed to help the progress sometimes, close off the vagina, and form a scrotum-like structure out of the labia. Obviously there is no balls in that scrotal sac but it helps the visual effect. The effect hormones have on the body is amazing!
From what I gather, many ftm don't get the penis since it basically not worth it. And some like the now infamous "pregnant man" chose to keep the reproductive organs just in case they wanted children, I think he is on baby 2 now if I'm not mistaken.
