I have a rib that likes to "shift" out of position if I sit up to fast, or do strenulous work?
Its weird, but I can physically feel it "out of place" and it hurts, and takes a little time before it "rests" back into position. What causes that and can anything be done about it?
Nah it ain't broke, this has been doing this for years, but as I get older it happens more frequently.
