I just booked a disney cruise on through their web page. Also, I added air travel and transportation with a complimentary stay at a Hyatt the day before my cruise, but they didn't gave me any information about my flight, how am I supposed to get that?

That's very odd that you didn't get that info. Perhaps you should try seeing if you can find it under your reservation on their website: https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/planning-center/dashboard/
They should have sent you an e-mail confirmation too... so check the e-mail to see if the info is on there.
If all that doesn't work, then you should definitely give them a call: (800) 951-3532
