Juneau is not connected to the rest of North America's road system. So much of the beginning of your hike will be hiking about 150 miles through the mountains to the nearest highway in British Columbia. That part alone would probably take a minimum of 15 days.
From there you're looking at about 3,400 road miles to Century, Florida in the northwestern corner of the state. However, you would be looking at a longer walking since walking alongside freeways isn't permitted in most of Canada and the United States. So if we bump that up to 4,000 miles at 20 miles per day. That would be around 200 days. So consider at least 215 days.
