I'll give you credit, Atheist Canadian "A"....you are very correct that we Christians DO believe that, and that he IS in hell. He was NOT 'born again' by the blood of Jesus, so he has to be in hell!

Matiteyahu: You are absolutely correct...'except a man be 'born again' he cannot see the kingdom of God'...that means those individuals are in hell, regardless of their earthly reputation for goodness...they died, lacking 'one' thing...salvation.

Ephesians 2:8 & 9
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Nobody can buy Salvation, You can only get it from Jesus Christ, and all you have to do is ask for it. It is so easy.

Hell as an English term is used rather loosely. If you are assuming the Christian view of hell, rather than informing you that you are sadly mistaken, I will leave it at this. According to Christian theology, men that we consider "good" are routinely destined for hell.

No such thing as "good" people.

All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

Unless He makes a way, all are lost.

So its a good thing He did. :o)

Considering good and bad are subjective, yes, provided it exists.
