Yes...when Clinton left office, we were in the black. We were also not at war, but agreeing with us being over there is a whole 'nother ball of wax.
But...I work at a Govt facility, and the amount of waste is absolutely disgusting. And that is just one small facility out of hundreds. Anyone got the ph.# for FW&A?
