My husband and I are in the middle of the exact same thing. We took in a pregnant stray and have had her a week and still no kittens even though she looks about to burst. Just like you I feel two bulges on either side of her which move and wiggle and aren't always in the same exact spot/position. There may be a 3rd or 4th in the middle I can feel but, no way to know for sure. She eats like a fat kid (Not sure how much she was eating as a stray though). Now what my vet told me is that with signs like this and her nipples being soft, rosy, and showing clearly through her fur she could have them in 2 weeks or she could have them tonight. With cats many signs of labor do not begin to show until 2-24 hours before labor begins. This particular queen I took in is not showing any signs of nesting (unless she chose my bed) besides the occasional coming out of the bedroom and sniffing around but, I think she does this more to be around us than any other reason. She is extremely affectionate for a stray which I know is a sign of pregnancy but, without having her before pregnancy I have nothing to compare it to. I can tell you what my vet told me about when to know labor is occurring. Please keep in mind every cat is different and thus may not exhibit one or all of the signs of labor but, most commonly will display at LEAST half of these following signs that labor is near.
- Loud meowing or "calling". there when be no mistaking when a queen is doing this.
- Loss of appetite. 24-48 a cat will lose interest in food and turn it away or only eat a few bites.
- "Nesting" pacing and searching for a safe place if they have not picked one already.
- Lactating. Once a cat has begun lactating labor is right around the corner.
- Becoming very loving. Mother cats will seek out attention, purring releases mild pain killers and oxytocin which is the "family/love hormone" and this begins to calm her and create a bond with her litter.
- Loss of mucus plug. The queen will lose a plug of mucus which can be yellowish or redish.( When this happens you should have a kitten very soon.
- Contractions. You can feel contractions in a queen simply by laying your hand over her tummy and feeling the muscle constrict and relax. (You should have a kitten within 60 of contractions beginning if she has contractions for 60 with no sign of kittens call your vet immediately.)
- Temperature drop. Cats temps normally run between 101-102 degrees. Once she drops to 98-99 labor is ~24 hours away.

Beware that complications can occur while 98% of feline pregnancies and labor go off with no problems you should be on the lookout.
If you see the mother visibly having trouble with the labor or kittens seem stuck in the birth canal call your vet immediately.

From what you said you probably only have 24hrs - 1 week left. You usually cannot feel kittens in the belly or feel/see them moving until week 7. Cats usually carry 58-71 days which is 9-10weeks. If you can feel kittens you are at least week 7. So only two weeks left since Saimese are usually the only breed to carry onger than 65 days.

My friend had a cat that became pregnant, and we didn't even know it. She's so small in general, and she became a bit plumper, but we weren't sure whether or not she was. Turns out, she was! She gave birth to three healthy kittens. We never noticed her nest or any odd behavior. It just varies for each cat. Your cat may or may not end up having kittens. Just give her a few days/weeks, and you should find out soon. ;) Just be sure to get her fixed after the kittens have been weaned to avoid further pregnancies and health problems.
