my gf's laptop has a 64 bit and a 32 bit internet on it she can not access the 32 bit or any of her files, tried to run a scan but will not open, the 64 bit will let her on facebook but that is about it, any info would be helpful as to what is going on,

For one there are thousands of viruses made every day...
Two your problem is so vast and important you might as well just reinstall windows.

restart laptop in safe mode with networking, i think its f8 on start up, once there download superantispyware and malwarebytes, update both and run full individual scans, afterwards, restart normally.
