If the Federal Reserve keeps creating money out of the air, will we have an air shortage?
If they actually printed it, would we have a paper shortage, too? The largest circulated currency is the $100 bill. How tall is a trillion dollars in hundreds?

To give you a serious answer, no, we wouldn't have a paper shortage.
The "paper" that US currency is printed on is actually a mixture of cotton and linen. The company that makes the paper gets it by buying much (but not all) of the trimmings and offcuts from jeans manufacturers. As long as Levi's and Wrangler have customers, there's a source for the paper.
To answer the second question, a trillion dollars would be 10 billion $100 bills. When brand new, a stack of bills one inch high has 254 bills. Divide 10,000,000,000 by 254 to get your answer in inches.

We would have a money bubble.
Most money is not printed. It exists in the virtual world of computers and cyber space.
