Global Entry/nexus issue, urgent?

Hello, I went to the GOES website with the intention if applying to the Nexus program but somehow mistakenly applies for the Global Entry program where my documentation has been approved and they are waiting for an interview. This all happened earlier today. I had meant to apply for the nexus program, is there any way they can change it? I had tried calling and have sent an email but am unsure of what to do now. It is rather urgent. thank you

The Nexus program also requires an interview it is done by the same people as the Global Entry Program If you have already emailed the contact information site with the Customs service just a wait their reply.To access a human as fast as possible try the nearest large airport near you for the Customs Office they should be able to direct you.
