How to buy the spanish versions of Skyrim and MW3?

First of all I'm using steam. On the store pages of the games it says "Available Languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, etc" how do I buy the Spanish versions? Is there an in-game option to set the language? Or do you have to buy it from a separate thing?

Almost every game you play will have an in-game option in the options menu to change the language. So yes there is for both games.
