How to hallucinate like you're on LSD freely, legally, and safely?

I heard of a trick that you can like, plug into earbuds and tune into some white noise. Then cut a ping pong ball in half and place it over your eyes. And that your mind isn't receiving input from the outside world so it starts fabricating a scenario to fit in. Idk. Does anyone know how to do the trick and can explain it in depth? Thanks. Cheers.

I think you are talking about the ganzfeld experiments, which use sensory deprivation. Click on the link to get started and then search ganzfeld experiments for more information.

Their is nothing that drugs can do to your brain that your brain can't do without drugs. meaning the chemical in LSD that makes you "trip" is naturally created in your brain. Meditation is a great way to expand your capabilities for free and is definitely the safest (however maybe not fastest) method their is. I would recommend you start a meditation practice regardless of what you do because it is mental expansion on all levels.

I do have something for you to consider though. LSD is a drug for very experienced and mentally capable individuals, and can bring flashbacks, so be aware of that. however It is possible for one to take the LSD drug, go on the trip, and then have some mental or spiritual growth or whatever your trying to do. But here is the important part because once you take the drug your brain becomes familiar with the drug and can more easily produce it at those high levels naturally.

So At that point if you are experienced at meditation you can go into a meditative state, have your focus be on the day you took the LSD, and then your brain will produce it. Basically if you take the drug one time, you don't really need to take it ever again (or at-least for a while if the desired effects are not found) if you have a very developed focus. The more developed and effective your meditation practice is, the easier it will be to remember and recreate the drug.

There are sensory deprivation tanks where one floats in salt water in the dark and listens to some sounds or another. The experience is more like ibogain or DMT rather than LSD.

Sleep deprivation will cause hallucinations, but i wouldn't say it's safe.
