I am only about 4 weeks pregnant (2nd pregnancy) I was wondering.....?

Is it normal for my lower stomach area (you know that pouch) to be a little big already? My daughter will only be 9 months on June 10th and my stomach has always been flat (my proud and joy lol) but once i got pregnant I have been bigger in my lower stomach area, not that I even care because I now have stretch marks from my daughter and I love them! Becoming a mom is the sexiest thing a woman can do! so really I just want to know is this normal? I heard with 2nd and 3rd pregnancies you get bigger faster? Is this true...thank you very much :0)

Skibabe,

Thank you! I am so excited for this one even more because I know what to expect, me and my husband talked about having a second one after our first because we want them close in age and plus I just love being a mom as he loves being dad (of course he hopes for a boy now lol)....it really is amazing....and yes I know it will be crazy, my daughter will not stay still now and she isn't even one! lol but thank you I am excited....can't believe you felt your baby at 11weeks! No one could tell I was pregnant until I was almost 6months because I was so tiny and now my lower stomach is big like I'm 2 months lol....I'm excited for you! :0)

Totally - everything's a lot looser in the second pregnancy, I'm finding. And I suddenly got a huge belly at around 14 weeks - it must've taken at least 2 more months to do that first time round. You may find, if you're like me, that you ache a bit more and feel everything a lot earlier too. I felt this one kick at 11 weeks, instead of 16 weeks with my first.

Congrats on your second - it's a lot more tiring with another baby to look after but we'll get there :-)

it could be bloating or the uterus growing. i hear you show faster with your second pregnancy.

this is my first & i'm only 8 weeks but the other day i was changing & my best friend was just like, "holy crap! is that a bump already?" lol.
