What should I do about my book?

Ok so . Me and my co author have been building up sences and the plot for our book. But it's difficult to communicate over the summer since there is no school. 
Should we keep going? 
Or should I Try to go on and tell him what I got done?

Yes find a way to contact your co author and if you can't you can make scenes independently and when you meet your co author again you can both decide what's good and what's not. Good luck hope it's a good read.
