What would be considered a blow out in a 9 hole competition?

My dad and I were having this discussion after we played 9 holes one day and I won by 7 strokes.  I considered that a blow out.  He said 10 would be a blow out which I agree with, but 7 strokes is a sound thumping reminiscent of Tiger Woods thrashing of Stephen Ames 9 & 8 at the Match Play event.  7 strokes is a blow out in my book.

depends what was the cause of the difference in strokes.  if he had one/two really bad holes but the rest were pretty even I wouldn't call it a blowout
