It's a small red rose on the back of my neck. Uniform shirt won't cover it. Not a bandage.
For all you haters out there, I've had it for 27 years in the same industry and have NEVER been asked to cover it. I need the job, and the tat is a deal breaker.

Easy, cover it with make up. My ex gf dad is a Police officer he cant have his tattoos on his arms showing so thats what he uses. Or you could just grow your hair out.
